Payment Instructions

ONWEB.asia supports diverse payment methods such as Bank Transfer / Online payment / Card payment / Direct payment at the office.

• Please write down  the invoice number when transferring money to Thac Number Technology Joint Stock Company’s account so that the invoice will be automatically confirmed for payment .
• If the payment conditions do not allow filling in content or within 48 hours from the payment time you do not receive a confirmation email, please send an email to Support@onweb.asia or call +84 02873003339 press 0 during office hours to notify about payment status. Content includes: remitting bank, name of remitter, account number of remitter, amount transferred, payment invoice number, transaction entry number (if any).
• Customers are responsible for transaction fees with banks or fees incurred by third parties (if any).

• Customers are fully responsible for service interruptions or loss of domain names due to money transfer transactions with incomplete or inaccurate content or no content and without notification to the Joint Stock Company. Waterfall Technology Part No.
• In case you make payment in Vietnam, you will have to pay an additional  10% VAT and vice versa, you will be exempt from tax if paying outside Vietnam. ONWEB.asia’s invoice creation system will be based on the address information provided by customers to distinguish between taxable and non-taxable items. Therefore, please fill in your information correctly to avoid payment amount errors.
